Congstar ist eine neue Discountmarke der Telekom. Sie verkauft außer DSL-Anschlüssen auch Mobilfunktarife ohne Grundgebühr sowie Flatrates im Mobilfunkbereich.

Handy Prepaif Tarife im üblichen Sinne sind dagegen nicht zu haben.
